Outlook Integration: Repository Location Selector menu doesn't work properly when partially rendered outside of sidebar
When the Repository Location Selector menu is partially rendered outside the Alfresco Outlook Client sidebar, only the portion of the menu located inside the sidebar has any effect.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Position Outlook window such that it is against the right edge of the screen, and make the Sidebar very narrow so that only the "globe" Repository Location Selector button is visible. (Note: This is only one possible way to reproduce. There may be other situations depending on display resolution, etc)
2. Click on the "globe" Repository Location Selector icon. Attempt to change between "Full Repository" and "All Sites" by clicking the menu items both outside and inside the sidebar.
The menu selection is accepted and the view is changed, no matter where you click on the menu item.
The menu selection is only accepted when clicking on the portion of the menu that is still inside the sidebar.
See attached screenshot for clarity.

Customer claims that in their environments, this overlap happens all the time without any strange manipulation of window sizes or positions. I did not see this behavior, but I was still able to reproduce; see screenshots below.
Screenshot 1 - Just a normal Outlook window with normally sized sidebar. Menu does not overlap to left.
Screenshot 2 - Narrow sidebar, menu overlaps to right, problem does not reproduce.
Screenshot 3 - Narrow sidebar, Outlook window against right edge of display. Menu overlaps to the left and problem reproduces.
