Websphere Portal: cannot deploy Alfresco with portlets

Description

We use Websphere Portal Express 6.1.0.15 Trial for Windows.
It consist of Wesphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server and DB2 Express.
We can deploy Alfresco using alfresco.ear to the Websphere Application Server (it's separate from Portal process).
But, if we want to use portlets, then we need to deploy Alfresco + portlets to the Portal.
Portlets can be deployed as war files of the given structure through the Administration interface of the Portal (Portlet Management > Web Modules > Install in the Administration tab.).
We can add portlet.xml (the same as for Liferay) to the alfresco.war and install it as Module.
Websphere Portal see portlets inside and tries to start Alfresco.
It fails with a lot of errors, please see full log attached.
Portlets show only "This portlet is temporarily disabled."
