Incorrect actions behaviour: Copy To, Move To, File To

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Tree structure Series->Category->Folder is created;

2. Create any series:

  • try to copy it to any other series--->series is successfully copied to any other series. It's incorrect that's why only categories can be present inside the series;

  • try to copy it to any category--->series is successfully copied to the category. It's incorrect that's why only folders can be present inside the category;

  • try to copy it to any folder--->series is successfully copied to any folder. It's incorrect that's why only records can be present inside the folder;

3. Create any category:

  • try to copy/move it to any other category--->category is successfully copied/moved to the other category. It's incorrect that's why only folders can be present inside the category;

  • try to copy/move it to any folder--->category is successfully copied/moved to any folder. It's incorrect that's why only records can be present inside the folder;

4. Create any folder:

  • try to copy/move/file it to any series--->folder is successfully copied/moved/filed to other series. It's incorrect that's why only categories can be present inside the series;

  • try to copy/move/file it to any other folder--->folder is successfully copied/moved/filed to any other folder. It's incorrect that's why only records can be present inside the folder;

5. Create any non-electronic record:

  • try to copy/move/file it to any series--->non-electronic record is successfully copied/moved/filed to the series. It's incorrect that's why only categories can be present inside the series;

  • try to copy/move/file it to any category--->non-electronic record is successfully copied/moved/filed to the category. It's incorrect that's why only folders can be present inside the category;

Note, electronic records can be copied/moved/filed only to the folder and that is correct behaviour.
