Process gets stuck if ACS authorisation has been deleted

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an Alfresco Repository Config (Identity Service Authentication/Default Authentication).
2. Authorise an account from IDM -> Personal.
3. Create an application with a process that publishes a file to Alfresco.
4. Delete the authorisation from IDM -> Personal.
5. Start a process.
Expected behaviour: A fallback could be offered (similar to the one described in ).

Actual behaviour: Process gets stuck.

After an account is configured back again from IDM -> Personal, admin-app can be used to execute the failed jobs and allow the process to continue.
